Welcome to Red Bull Arena, one of the premier sports and entertainment venues in the United States. It is a top priority of Red Bull Arena to accommodate the needs of all of our guests, including our guests with disabilities and their companions. We hope you enjoy your experience at Red Bull Arena.
Our facility is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For assistance or more information regarding the ADA services that we offer, please contact the Guest Services hotline at 1-877-727-6223 or by email at fanservices@newyorkredbulls.com. You may also visit the Guest Services window, which typically opens two (2) hours prior to the start of each event, located near Gate B on the Plaza Level during any event at Red Bull Arena.

Position 2
Accessible Parking; Drop-Off
Red Bull Arena has designated parking for guests with disabilities on a first-come, first-served basis next to Gate B at Red Bull Arena. A current state-issued disability placard or license plate is required to utilize these spaces. Additional ADA parking may be made available at other third-party managed and operated parking lots around Red Bull Arena. Upon request, traffic management personnel around Red Bull Arena can direct you to the closest available lots. If you need to drop off a passenger close to the Arena, follow the valet parking signs on Cape May Street and turn on Pete Higgins Blvd to drop off the passenger at the arena VIP Lobby entrance before parking in a general lot.

Captioning Services
Red Bull Arena provides captioning services on the videoboards and on ribbon boards in the northeast and southwest corners of the arena during each New York Red Bulls Major League Soccer match and any other event held at Red Bull Arena for which a guest reasonably requests such services. Captioning is visible from every seat in the arena.
Concessions
All concession stands at Red Bull Arena are accessible to guests with disabilities.
Elevators
All public elevators are accessible to guests with disabilities. The public elevators can be accessed from the following locations:
- Level One (East Plaza), Concourse Level at the top of Section 126, and Upper Concourse Level near Section 226.
- VIP Lobby – Access to elevators in the VIP Lobby can be requested through Guest Services, located near Gate B on the Plaza Level.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Staff at Red Bull Arena has been trained in procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an evacuation, game day staff members will assist guests with disabilities and direct them to exit routes. Red Bull Arena also has dedicated “Areas of Rescue Assistance” located on each level of Red Bull Arena.
Entrances/Gates
All gates at Red Bull Arena can accommodate guests with disabilities. Once inside the arena, staff at the Guest Services window can assist with any questions. Fans needing to bring specific medical supplies or special food items should contact Guest Services. Fans should contact the area supervisor with any issues or questions.
Guest Service Locations
The Guest Services window is located on the Gate B plaza level. For immediate assistance, notify the nearest Guest Services and Safety/Security Representatives located atop each section of the seating area.
Mobile Captioning Devices; Assisted Listening Devices
As a service to our guests who are hearing impaired, mobile captioning services and assisted listening devices are available at all Red Bull Arena events. The mobile captioning devices receive and display locally-transmitted event captioning information. This is a complimentary service. Please visit the Guest Services window located near Gate B on the Plaza Level to gain access.
Restroom Facilities
All restrooms at Red Bull Arena are accessible for guests with disabilities. In addition, there are family and companion restrooms available at the top of Section 106 and Section 126 on the Concourse Level. Red Bull Arena also offers nursing pods at the top of Section 113 on the Concourse Level and on the East Plaza.
Sensory Assistance
A permanent sensory-friendly area for families affected by Autism and those with sensory issues is available at all New York Red Bulls matches at no additional charge. The room provides a sensory friendly environment for guests, and features dimmed lighting and lightly-colored walls to offer a soothing effect, along with visual aids, fidget toys and other activities.
Guests and families with sensory issues do not need a special ticket to gain access to the Sensory Room, access is complimentary. Guests should approach a Fan Services representative at a Red Bulls match or visit at the Guest Services window near Gate B on the Plaza Level to request access.

Service Animals
Trained, licensed and leashed service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Arena. Any guests that need assistance or accommodations regarding service animals should contact Guest Services in advance of the event.
Tickets
Red Bull Arena has accessible and companion seating throughout the arena.
- To purchase Accessible Seating Tickets via Ticketmaster, select the event, and click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” link or icon. Guests can also call the dedicated Ticketmaster number at 1-800-877-7575 for accessible and companion seating ticket purchases.
- Red Bull Arena Box Office located at Gate A (open Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on match days) and Gate B (open on match days) also sells accessible and companion seating. The Box Office does not process phone orders.
- Guests may also call the Guest Services hotline at 1-877-727-6223 for their ADA ticket purchases for all New York Red Bulls matches and events promoted by third-parties at Red Bull Arena where the New York Red Bulls are responsible for ticketing.
- Subject to availability, guests holding tickets for general arena seating may exchange those tickets for handicap accessible seating at the Red Bull Arena Box Office either prior to or on match day.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating
Red Bull Arena offers wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Red Bull Arena reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who fraudulently obtains wheelchair and companion seats. For game day assistance and seating relocations, contact a game day staff member or visit the Guest Services window located near Gate B on the Plaza Level.
Wheelchair/Mobility Device Storage
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their own wheelchair/mobility device, Guest Services will store devices at the Guest Services window located near Gate B on the Plaza Level. Guest Services representatives will make arrangements to return the wheelchair/mobility device at the end of the event, or any other requested time.
Wheelchair Escorts
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting guests from the gates to their arena seating location at the Guest Services window near Gate B on the Plaza Level, the East Elevator and the VIP Lobby. Guests can request the use of a wheelchair at any of these locations, or can also arrange for pre-event wheelchair assistance by contacting a Gate Supervisor at any entrance, and a game day staff member will escort the guest to their seating location inside the arena. Guests needing assistance post-event should contact a game day staff member nearest the Guest’s seat
Guests who require a wheelchair for the duration of the event are encouraged to bring their own.
