Inspired by @MattReadJunk's Tweet: Can you find Thierry Henry in this photo?
If we were judging solely by the looks and sounds of everything surrounding Monday’s red card VIP event and jersey launch party at Pier 59 in New York City, it’d be safe to say fans and players had an awesome time. But since there are so many pictures, Tweets and videos (coming soon) to sift through, we figured we would add a few pieces of evidence that highlight the good times had by everyone who came out to the event.
Once the team wrapped up its Media Day portion of the event, fans filtered in and the players scattered around the room to hang out, chat, take pictures, and sign a few photographs throughout the night. A number of fans Tweeted with the #RBNYjersey hashtag to share their photos, like this one taken with Heath Pearce:
Tim Cahill was signing autographs throughout the night and chatting with fans about his time in Everton, playing for the Australian National Team and signing with New York last season:
