Michael Amir Murillo, Aaron Long Suffer 3-0 Defeats with National Teams

Michael Amir Murillo and Aaron Long both suffered 3-0 defeats with their national teams as they prepare for the kickoff of the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup.


Murillo and Panama fell to Uruguay in a friendly on Friday, June 7. Murillo started and played the full match.


Long and the United States lost to Venezuela on Sunday June 9. Long made his first appearance in a match since May 8, starting and playing the first half.


Panama kick off their Gold Cup Group Stage against Trinidad & Tobago on Tuesday, June 18, then play Guyana on Saturday, June 22 and take on the United States on Wednesday, June 26.


The USMNT starts against Guyana on Tuesday, June 18. Their next match is against Trinidad & Tobago on Saturday, June 22 before facing Panama on Wednesday, June 26.
