MATCH RECAP, pres. by Provident Bank: RBNY Loses 2-1 in Visit to Chicago

The New York Red Bulls lost 2-1 in their visit to Chicago on Sunday evening.

Serbian midfielder Luka Stojanovic netted two goals in the first ten minutes to give the Fire an early 2-0 lead.

New York’s substitutions saw Andrew Gutman take the field for Cristian CĂ¡sseres Jr., Omir Fernandez for Wiki Carmona and Tom Barlow for Caden Clark.

Close to the end of the match, Barlow netted his first goal of the season.

The Red Bulls head to Canada next weekend to visit CF Montréal.
