Andrew Gutman is back in the Starting XI, for the first time since May 8, as New York takes on FC Cincinnati on Wednesday night at Red Bull Arena.
Gutman had been sidelined with a knee injury and worked his way back onto the matchday roster for the last three games.
The Red Bulls own a 3-2-0 advantage in the overall series against Cincy.
Gutman will join Kyle Duncan, Amro Tarek and Tom Edwards on the back line.
Patryk Klimala and Fábio get the start up top for the Red Bulls.
The last time out against Cincinnati at Red Bull Arena, Cincinnati won 1-0 on September 19, 2021. Cincinnati are currently coming off a 0-0 draw against D.C. United and have not won a match since June 26 against Toronto F.C.
In the midfield, Wiki Carmona, Cristian Cásseres Jr., Caden Clark and Sean Davis get the nod for the starting whistle.
Carlos Coronel starts in goal.
Since 2018, after losing a match at Red Bull Arena, the Red Bulls have posted a mark of 8-3-1 at their next match at home. They have outscored their opponents, 20-9, in those matches.
On the bench for New York, Head Coach Gerhard Struber will have Frankie Amaya, Tom Barlow, Omir Fernandez, Sean Nealis, Jason Pendant, John Tolkin, Florian Valot and Dru Yearwood. Ryan Meara will serve as backup goalkeeper.
