Goalkeeper Aidan Stokes Called Up to United States U-18 National Team Camp in Portugal

Red Bull New York goalkeeper Aidan Stokes, has been called up to the upcoming United States U-18 National Team Camp in Portugal, U.S. Soccer announced today. 

Stokes is in his third season with New York. Last season, the goalkeeper made 23 MLS NEXT Pro appearances, where he recorded six clean sheets. Stokes has made 12 appearances for the United States Youth National Teams, including 10 appearances with the U-17’s. He was the starting goalkeeper for the United States U-17’s at the 2025 -17 FIFA World Cup, where he posted two shutouts. 

Stokes and the U.S. U-18’s will be partaking in the 2026 Tomeio Internacional de Lisboa in Lisbom, Portugal. They will take on Iceland on March 26 at 7 a.m. ET, then they will face Morcocco on March 28 at 2 p.m. ET, and then they will close out the tournament against hosts Portugal on March 31 at 9 a.m. ET.
