Concacaf U-17 Championship: Omre Etienne's Haiti, John Tolkin's US Advance to Quarterfinals

Red Bulls Academy's Omre Etienne and John Tolkin have both advanced to the Quarterfinals of the Concacaf U-17 Championship.


Etienne's Haiti topped the Dominican Republic, 2-0, to move on, though Etienne did not appear on the gameday roster.


Tolkin and the United States team rolled over Guadeloupe, 8-0, with Tolkin starting and going the full 90. 


The US is set to take on Panama on Sunday, May 12 at 2 p.m. Haiti will play Honduras at 4 p.m. on Sunday.


Both teams are looking for wins in the Quarterfinals to have them earn a berth in the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
