MOSQUERA MAGIC
Panamanian midfielder Rafael Mosquera had a strong 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season, scoring seven goals and tallying a team-high 10 assists. His 10 assists are tied for the second-most in MLS NEXT Pro this season.
Mosquera has a team-high three goal contributions against Carolina, earning all three in his last two appearances against the side.
The Panama, City, Panama native just arrived back from international duty for the U-20 Panama National Team at the 2025 U-20 World Cup in Chile. He captained the side in their group stage opener against Paraguay on September 28. He logged 94 minutes and appeared in all of the side's group stage matches.
BOOMIN NEHUEN
Argentinian midfielder Nehuen Benedetti had himself quite the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro campaign earning 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Best XI honors.
He scored a team-high 11 goals and the team's second-most assists with seven. He led the team in goal contributions this season with 18.
The midfielder scored a goal in five-straight matches from May 30 to June 21. He notably scored a game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Carolina Core FC on June 21.
He also is tied for the fourth-most assists in MLS NEXT Pro with seven so far this season.
